As a key developer, I played a central role in constructing a project from scratch. I led the development of a substantial portion of the application, implementing a robust architecture for scalability. I added essential snapshot and unit tests to enhance reliability. Moreover, I contributed significantly by adapting an existing Objective-C Low Bluetooth library to seamlessly integrate with the project, showcasing adaptability and optimization skills.

Following a two-year tenure, the Kidya application underwent a comprehensive rebranding initiative, transforming into Neva. This strategic redesign aligns with a refined focus on offering a diverse range of children's products, including shoes, apparel, toys, and other curated items. The evolution represents a commitment to enhancing user experience and aligning the platform with a broader and more nuanced product catalog for children.

While Kidya was my inaugural project, it effectively catered to a substantial user base. As one of the two developers involved, we strategically implemented simple architectural approaches, yet the application demonstrated remarkable stability and functionality.
