Once you pass our recruitment process and get access to the Cortance community, there are two options to apply to the project: - to find experience-aligned opportunities in a platform and apply to it; - to receive a personal experience-aligned opportunity invitation and confirm it. If a match happens and either you and the client are happy with the proposal, you start working directly with the client using their communication channels.

Our vetting process ensures every Cortance developer meets a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience. But the true strength of our talent pool runs much deeper - the average developer on our roster boasts an impressive 6 years of real-world, hands-on experience.

Cortance's platform is public, but not all the developers are listed on the platform publicly. Only developers decide whether they want to be unmasked to attract more client interest and opportunities or anonymized.
