About the Project
The project involved building three separate iGaming platforms from scratch, covering the complete cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and observability stack. The platforms were deployed across both Azure and AWS, with some products running on Azure and others on AWS as part of a hybrid cloud strategy; we intentionally kept the environments separate to provide greater flexibility, isolation, and operational independence. Infrastructure was fully managed using Terraform, with two environments per product and Kubernetes-based workloads deployed through Argo CD and GitOps practices. The platforms supported customer-facing online gaming services, with a strong focus on scalability, high availability, security, and reliable production operations. A comprehensive observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and related monitoring and logging tools provided centralized visibility, alerting, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Gambling
Responsibilities
- Was responsible for the end-to-end cloud and DevOps infrastructure for three iGaming platforms, supporting both Azure and AWS environments; - Designed and provisioned the infrastructure using Terraform, implemented AKS/EKS Kubernetes environments, and established two environments per product; - Implemented GitOps-based application delivery using Argo CD and built the monitoring and logging stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki; - Designed CI/CD processes, automated infrastructure and deployments, and worked closely with development teams to ensure reliable and scalable production environments; - My work enabled the teams to launch three platforms from scratch with standardized, repeatable, and highly automated cloud infrastructure.

About the Project
The project focused on delivering a scalable cloud-based platform for public transportation ticketing and fare management, enabling transport operators to manage fares, tickets, payments, and passenger services. The scope included developing and operating cloud infrastructure, containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, and production Kubernetes environments. The platform was designed for public transport operators and passengers, supporting reliable ticketing and fare collection across different transportation networks. Key services included ticket and fare management, payment processing, passenger-facing applications, backend microservices, APIs, and integrations with external transportation and payment systems.
- Transportation
Responsibilities
- Worked on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices supporting ticketing and fare-management solutions; - Used Azure DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application builds, testing, and deployments across environments; - Managed Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, including deployments, scaling, configuration, and troubleshooting; - Worked with Terraform, Docker, Helm, Azure Container Registry (ACR), and Git to implement infrastructure as code and streamline application delivery.

FNZ
About the Project
At FNZ, I worked as a Cloud DevOps Engineer on a large-scale Azure fintech platform supporting wealth management and investment workloads for global financial institutions. When I joined, we had just 2 subscriptions; by the end, the environment had grown to over 200, driven by rapid business expansion and strict regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The project's goal was to build a secure, compliant, scalable cloud foundation. We used Terraform to deploy a hub-and-spoke network model with centralized connectivity and isolated landing zones per business unit, environment, and tenant. Azure DevOps served as the CI/CD platform, with reusable pipeline templates and modules enforcing policy-as-code, tagging, and security controls automatically. Being heavily regulated, the platform leveraged the full breadth of Azure services (AKS, App Service, Key Vault, Front Door, Private Link, Defender, Sentinel) plus selected AWS services for integrations and DR.
- Fintech
Responsibilities
- Was responsible for designing, deploying, and operating Azure landing zones at scale using Terraform and Azure DevOps; - Built reusable IaC modules and pipeline templates that enabled the platform to grow from 2 subscriptions to over 200 while maintaining consistent security, networking, and compliance standards across every environment; - Implemented and maintained the hub-and-spoke network topology, configured Azure Policy and guardrails to enforce regulatory controls, and integrated Key Vault, Private Link, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel into the standard baseline; - Supported AKS workloads, troubleshot production incidents, and worked closely with security and platform teams on hardening initiatives, including app registration secret monitoring and identity governance; - My work significantly reduced subscription onboarding time, improved audit readiness for financial regulators, and enabled product teams to self-serve infrastructure safely.
