Our Client Manager dives into your requirements, project tech stack, expected team composition, seniority expectations, and other nuances that will affect the match. The better we understand your context, the better the fit.

Smart matching
Our AI-powered matching algorithm analyses thousands of data points, including technical skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit. It ranks candidates using a custom suitability score that considers hard and soft skills, domain matching, years of experience, rate relevance, time zone, English language proficiency, and more. Our system ensures the most suitable developers are matched with the project.

Personal proposal presentation
At this stage, you have received a personal link to comprehensive profiles and presentations for each matched candidate. These personalised proposals, with a custom expert profile structure, highlight key strengths in relevant experience, technical expertise, and project alignment, helping you make informed decisions and download a perfectly structured CV if needed.

Candidates Selection
Clients review the presented experts and select those they prefer. Throughout the selection process, we support this by providing detailed insights, answering questions, and ensuring all parties have the information needed for confident decision-making. Once the pre-match is confirmed, we can proceed to the candidacy screening process on your end, if needed.

Interview scheduling
Once profiles are selected, we coordinate and schedule interviews so you can get to know the candidates, lead the technical screening, assess soft skills, ask questions, and evaluate overall fit. Our team handles logistics, sends reminders, and provides interview guidelines to ensure a smooth experience. From this stage, you decide whether to proceed with the contract and onboarding or to explore other experts.

Legal & onboarding
Following successful interviews, we handle all legal documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. We sign a Master Service Agreement with Annexe for each new onboarding cycle.
