Responsibilities

- Developed and maintained frontend components using React to support user flows such as appointment booking and electronic document viewing; - Integrated with external APIs, including national eHealth services, to enable secure authentication and data synchronization; - Analyzed and studied technical documentation of the national eHealth system to ensure accurate integration; - Participated in testing processes not only within the development team but also collaboratively with eHealth specialists to validate functionality and compliance; - Designed and developed business flows based on the specific requirements and specifications of the eHealth platfor.

CallCabinet

About the Project

The project involved working with CallCabinet, a call recording and quality management platform designed to help businesses capture, store, and analyze customer interactions. The system supports compliance with industry regulations by securely managing call recordings and enabling advanced analytics to improve customer service quality.

Responsibilities

- Fixed bugs and improved performance in microservices to maintain system stability and scalability; - Created a reusable modal window component for centralized handling of delete confiramtion in a large, data-rich table; - Rewrote an interactive slider-questionnaire, originally implemented in jQuery, to React components for better state management and dynamic question rendering; - Migrated multiple other UI components from jQuery to React, enhancing maintainability and responsiveness of the frontend.

Pharmacy Benefit Manager

The project involved working with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) platform aimed at optimizing prescription drug benefits for healthcare plans and patients. The system facilitates managing formularies, claims processing, cost control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The platform helps improve medication adherence, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes by streamlining benefit administration and supporting data-driven decision making.
