About the Project

Working under the ApexLogic Systems banner, I developed a managed Salesforce package designed to seamlessly integrate core CRM processes with an enterprise-grade billing platform. The primary aim was to automate the entire contract and customer onboarding lifecycle, effectively removing manual data entry. The solution was built to manage highly complex pricing models — including subscription, usage-based, and tiered structures — providing a scalable and robust foundation for automated invoicing and revenue workflows.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining managed-package components (Apex, Flows, metadata) ensuring backward compatibility. Designing request/response models and secure REST API callouts with JWT/Bearer authentication. Implementing Invocable Apex for Flow actions, JSON serialization, and defensive validation logic. Creating reusable Flow templates to support various product and pricing types. Validating and normalizing data (currency codes, tax IDs) to prevent integration errors. Writing Apex unit tests with HTTP callout mocks to cover edge cases and ensure regression safety.

SALESFORCE ORG IMPLEMENTATION FOR POOL SERVICE MANAGEMENT

About the Project

Project integrates Salesforce with QuickBooks Desktop using Skyvia to efficiently retrieve and synchronize all accountant-related data. It ensures accurate financial data flow between systems, reducing manual entry and improving consistency. The solution also includes a DocuSign integration that automates document generation and enables seamless sending of agreements for electronic signature. This significantly accelerates document processing and enhances client experience. Additionally, the project leverages GOAT integration to manage all client email communications in a centralized manner. Emails are automatically synchronized with Outlook, ensuring full visibility and traceability of client interactions. Overall, the system streamlines financial operations, document workflows, and communication processes within a unified ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Owned solution architecture for Work Order and email-driven processing flows, balancing scalability and maintainability. Defined technical standards, including Apex design patterns, trigger architecture, and testing strategies. Led delivery planning, prioritized technical debt, and aligned implementation with business goals. Oversaw CI/CD and release governance, improving validation/deployment pipelines and standardizing metadata practices. Provided technical leadership during incidents, driving root-cause analysis and introducing preventive controls. Mentored developers and admins through design reviews, pair sessions, and structured feedback. Partnered with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and realistic delivery plans.

About the Project

Built a full-scale accounting and financial management system natively on Salesforce. The project involved implementing complex Lead-to-Cash flows, automated e-invoicing, and deep integrations with European banking standards and DATEV accounting protocols.

Implemented a complete Lead-to-Cash automated flow with advanced financial reporting and status handling. Designed a dynamic financial document generation engine (including e-invoicing) using Handlebars.js. Developed a DATEV export integration to ensure compliance with German national accounting standards. Shipped a finAPI banking integration with custom transaction matching logic for partial and over-match scenarios. Delivered an automated document OCR flow integrated with AWS Textract for financial data extraction. Established and managed 2GP (Second-Generation) packaging and versioning for external distribution. Integrated automated CI/CD pipelines and UI test automation using Playwright into the release lifecycle.

Delivered end-to-end declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and advanced Validation Rules. Automated complex external integrations from Google Forms to Salesforce using Workato. Managed multi-currency operations and automated large-scale notification systems for volunteers and partners. Configured and deployed Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) to streamline support and reduce operational costs. Managed full-lifecycle deployments and metadata migrations using Gearset. Developed custom Apex triggers and classes to handle complex non-profit business logic and edge cases. Utilized the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) to manage donation cycles and constituent relationships.
