About the Project

Worked on a complex managed Salesforce package designed to integrate CRM processes with the client billing platform. The project focused on streamlining contract and customer onboarding by automating the handoff from sales to billing. A key challenge was supporting diverse pricing models—including one-time, subscription, usage-based, tiered, and revenue share—while ensuring data consistency (currency codes, tax IDs) across systems. The solution provided scalable, reusable Flow templates that allowed customers to configure the integration without modifying the core data model, significantly reducing manual data entry and integration errors.

Responsibilities

Integrated SecuredSign e-signature service via REST API. Enabled document signing for both clients and internal staff directly within Salesforce. Developed quick actions for document signing, record ownership changes, and queue reassignment, improving internal process efficiency. Integrated PDFRest for PDF annotation and processing. Implemented file uploads via related lists and configured Email-to-Lead functionality. Managed the security model, including roles, permission sets, and user administration. Reduced manual document handling and improved turnaround time for approvals.

SALES OPTIMIZATION PLATFORM (EDUCATION / SALES SYSTEM)

About the Project

The project involved a comprehensive functional enhancement of a specialized Sales application. The primary objective was to boost sales team productivity by streamlining lead-to-opportunity conversion, improving data visibility through custom UI components, and integrating a multi-channel communication stack. The focus was on creating a cohesive ecosystem where call data, emails, and team collaboration are synchronized within Salesforce, reducing context switching for sales representatives.
