About the Project

The Prospect ERP project aims to digitalise and automate business processes across various departments such as sales, warehouse, HR, finance, and document management. The system provides modular solutions like ProHRM, ProDoc, ProOrder, and ProSales, enabling companies to manage operations in real time. The target audience includes SMEs, large enterprises, and government organisations that require flexible, scalable business automation tools.

Responsibilities

My role included building scalable backend services, optimizing database structures, and integrating various ERP components such as HR, document management, warehouse, and sales modules. - was responsible for designing, developing, and improving core modules within the Prospect ERP ecosystem. - collaborated closely with business analysts and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions, improving system performance, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the delivery of reliable, user-friendly features that enhanced overall business process automation.

Worked on systems including automated personnel/HR information systems, electronic document circulation platforms, e-payment portals, electronic library systems, and SMS notification systems for clients spanning state bodies (ministries, traffic & police departments), as well as banks and large enterprises.

Responsibilities

- was responsible for designing and developing secure backend services for enterprise systems used by government and corporate clients. - implemented Spring Security OAuth 2.0 to strengthen authentication and authorisation, significantly improving overall platform security. - designed, developed, and tested new REST APIs based on business requirements, increasing system reliability and performance. - collaborated with analysts and frontend teams, optimized backend logic, resolved complex issues, and contributed to delivering stable, efficient, and scalable modules used across the organization.

The scope included redesigning key backend services, integrating new payment channels, and aligning the system with Agile architecture principles. The product served retail customers, merchants, and internal banking teams, offering real-time payment processing, seamless merchant integration, and improved operational efficiency. iLabor360 is a workforce management and vendor–client collaboration platform designed to streamline staffing, talent matching, and requisition workflows. The project aims to enhance the efficiency of hiring operations by providing tools for candidate evaluation, job–vendor matching, and automated data synchronization. Its scope includes developing AI-powered matching features, integrating with ATS systems such as JobDiva, and building structured modules like the Vendor Profile interface. The platform serves staffing agencies, vendors, and enterprise clients, offering real-time candidate scoring, automated updates, detailed vendor insights, and a unified interface for managing jobs, candidates, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

- led the development of key platform modules and contributed to modernizing core staffing workflows. - designed and implemented an AI-powered candidate–vendor matching tool using TextKernel, significantly improving relevance scoring and match accuracy. - integrated the platform with JobDiva ATS to enable automated data synchronization for candidates and job requisitions. - built the multi-section Vendor Profile module, improving usability and data organization for vendors and clients. - enhanced system performance, increased recruiter efficiency, and strengthened the overall staffing and vendor-management ecosystem.
