- Lead a team of 7 engineers (backend, frontend, QA). Mentor them to grow and be self-managed - Successfully introduced "ownership" and "growth" mindsets to the team - Develop drag & drop workflow builder for an amazing merchant experience - Lead quarterly plannings, scrum ceremonies, 1:1s, architecture, code review and testing - Design event-driven architecture for identity verification process - Integration 3rd party services for sources of identity data - Code coverage with 99% of unit, integration & e2e tests - Decouple monolith into microservices, scale up to 100k verifications per day - Implement OAuth2.0 server - Implement Websockets server
