• Participated in the process of developing the entire software infrastructure for the new online banking platform, supporting high-paced transactions daily with 99.99% uptime • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with application development, security, and operations, leading to a 35% improvement in deployment speed. • Set up observability stack from scratch, providing entire infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana, resulted in the enhancement in error tracking and general monitoring. • Utilized project management tools like Jira and Trello to track progress and manage workloads, resulting in a significant improvement in project transparency and accountability
