About the Project

A large-scale commercial real estate (CRE) platform for a US client, serving a large monthly active user base. The platform connects commercial real estate professionals - including brokers, buyers, sellers, investors and tenants - in a single digital hub for listing, searching, marketing and transacting commercial properties across major asset types. Core functionality includes property listings and search, transaction and lead management, subscription-based access to premium features, secure authentication (including 2FA and SSO), mobile applications and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

- Architected and led 2FA integration across registration and SSO flows for a platform with millions of MAU; implemented backend functionality and collaborated with frontend and mobile teams on secure end-to-end authentication. - Re-engineered a business-critical Node.js microservice into a high-performance .NET service, cutting infrastructure costs by ~65% and improving reliability with retry mechanisms and caching. - Built a scalable serverless report-generation pipeline on AWS (EventBridge + SQS + Lambda). - Collaborated with DevOps on deployment and infrastructure; Dockerized .NET apps with multi-stage builds; built and maintained CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions. - Integrated third-party APIs and supported production stability by investigating backend issues. - Covered code with unit/integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, NSubstitute, AutoFixture). - Used AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve refactoring quality.

About the Project

A large-scale entertainment data and intelligence platform serving major industry clients on a subscription basis. Provided backend services for a high-traffic, searchable database of talent and representation data, including client onboarding, a custom OAuth 2.0 authorization server managing organization-level client accounts with subscription-based access control, mobile application integration and third-party integrations.

About the Project

A high-traffic ticketing platform for a UK client, serving European football clubs. The system handled large-scale ticket sales with significant demand spikes during match on-sales. Worked on backend features and the data-access layer, optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures for performance under peak load.
