Responsibilities

As a member of the development team for the project, my role primarily focused on software development, system integration, and ensuring the seamless operation of the cases.

Dynamic Case Management (Web Portal)

About the Project

In addition to Dynamic Case Management system, the portal is a single access point for managing cases, tasks and displaying dashboards. The portal is used for Genesys call center so agents are provided by all needed information about the customer and customer`s case.

Responsibilities

As a member of the development team, I enabled comfortable management of cases, tasks and dashboards. Integration with external systems mainly Genesys. I collaborated closely with stakeholders, including project managers, and software architects, to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive the successful implementation of key project objectives.

DFW Finance

About the Project

DFW Finance is a solution tailored for managing refund requests while seamlessly interfacing with a CRM and Accounting system. The project aims to streamline and automate the process of handling refund requests from parking customers.

Responsibilities

Development of CRM and Accounting Systems. I ensured synchronized financial data management, guaranteeing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
