About the Project

The client wanted to have a logistics app that consists of a desktop (web) version and a mobile app. The main goal was to optimize delivery times for perishable goods such as dairy products for the German market.

Responsibilities

Although I was a Junior dev at the time, I had quite the impact on the project: - Persuaded the team to use PrimeNG instead of Angular Material to save dev time on delivery and support of components. - Pushed the Nx to make components and some utilities easily reusable between desktop and mobile versions. - Developed and maintained a BFF with Nest.js and Express to avoid putting extra logic on both frontends. - Maintained communication with the client during meetings and helped other team members to better understand requirements.
